Agilent introduces solution for pulsed IV measurements together with the B1500A

The flexibility and versatility of the Agilent B1500A Semiconductor Device Analyzer is further enhanced by the recently introduced pulsed IV solution. This extension to the B1500A uses the well known Agilent 81110A for generation of high quality pulses and an Agilent DSO80000B for fast response signal capture. The B1500A acts as a controller running a sophisticated application package. The instrument also supplies all required DC to the DUT.
